Our first cider made of Campbell’s own Northern Spy, Empire, Russet, Red Delicious, Brandywine Crabapple, Flemish Beauty and Bosc pears that make up the entirety of this cider. Categorized as traditional dry, English style cider with a fresh apple aroma followed by a juicy, ripe apple finish that makes it hard to resist.
We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate Canada's sesquicentennial than to create a cider infused with real Maple Syrup!
Created using late-variety apples grown at Campbell's Orchards in Prince Edward County, this lightly carbonated cider has a refreshing balanced apple flavor that is sweetened using real local maple syrup. Full of body, this cider is a perfect blend of sweetness and acidity with an unmistakable quality that will delight your taste buds.
On a dark winter night, Colin Campbell was rummaging around in the cider house. In his clumsiness (he may have been sampling too much cider) he accidentally knocked a bucket of sour cherries into a batch of Heritage cider. The result was a delicious cider with a subtle hint of cherry tartness. Only limited quantities are available of this exclusive happy accident.
